Elite Financial International wants you to embark on your journey with a complete understanding of how we can make your purchase simple, quick and easy.
In order to process your loan as quick as possible, please supply the following information:
- Completed and signed application
- PFS (personal financial statement)
- Proof of Liquidity, recent bank, checking and if applicable brokerage statements
Employment:
- If employed – last two (2) years W2’s PLUS two (2) of your most recent pay stubs
- If self-employed – Two (2) years personal & Corporate tax returns with all schedules
Credit Score
- Applicant must have a credit score of 550+
Pre-Qualifying
- Once you have been pre-qualified, Elite Financial International will send all the above to the lender who will afford you the best terms.
- When the lender that is best for you approves your loan, we will notify you of the terms of the loan as well as any conditions listed by the lender.
- You will have 30 – 60 days (depending on the lender) to meet all of the lenders conditions and move to closing.
Closing
- Once all of the above documentation has been received and your loan is approved, the closing process begins.
- Elite Financial International will Fed Ex your closing documents overnight for your review and execution.
- Once the papers are signed, we will then overnight everything to the lender, receive funding from the lender and you will be able to purchase your dream boat
